Yes, we ship our orders in unmarked packaging, labeled with a return address of “CMM, LLC.” The outside of your package will not display any reference to Queen of Spades or the nature of the products inside.
Your purchase will show up discreetly on your bank statement with the merchant name ‘QShirts’ for Stripe purchases or ‘FFashions’ for Paypal purchases.
Please note that if you or a joint party contact your bank about your purchase, the bank may provide information which will identify the website where you made your purchase.

Please do NOT purchase an item in multiple sizes for the purpose of trying them on and returning those that do not fit. Because we guarantee that all our items are brand-new and never worn, we cannot resell returned items and our small business takes a 100% loss in these situations.

We ship all orders within 3-4 business days using USPS First Class. We will send tracking information to your email once your order has shipped.
U.S. orders typically arrive within 5-7 days after shipping.
Orders outside the U.S. may take anywhere from 2 to 8 weeks to arrive, depending on customs and delays due to current global events.
Unfortunately, we must label all international orders accurately and with the correct dollar value. If we labeled our orders as “gifts”, it would be considered postal fraud and we would risk completely losing our ability to ship packages – it simply isn’t worth the risk. We appreciate your understanding.
We are NOT a dropshipping business. We are a U.S. based company, and we personally prepare and ship all orders.
We design and produce the majority of our products ourselves. We also offer some select products created by others, which we keep in stock in our own shop where we can verify the quality of every item we ship.

Unlike many online kink clothing stores who outsource or dropship their items, we actually own and operate our own production shop. This gives us the ability to oversee every step of the process and make sure our customers are getting the best quality and service possible.
The trade-off is that our storage space is limited. We already have to keep a stock of around 2500 pieces of inventory just to supply the options and colors we currently offer.
We hope to be able to offer more options in the future, and we’re always open to suggestions for what colors you’d like to see!
